Mission I am a mother of two young girls who love to see me prepare and serve interesting food combinations. The girls can’t get enough of the raw oatmeal cookies and green smoothies; I can’t believe that they are receiving high-quality nutrition in an enjoyable way. I have been interested in raw foods since the early 90’s. It all started when I went into a bookstore in New Hope just wishing to find something that was exciting but uncooked. What did I find but Jilliani’s RAW cookbook? To do the exciting recipes I found there and in additional raw cookbooks, I invested in a dehydrator and juicer and have continued to make raw foods a part of my diet ever since. Over the years I have experienced the benefits of eating raw even if it is an accent to “regular” foods. I have become more creative and have come across many things that my children also look forward to eating. I find the act of preparing foods a pleasure and the satisfaction of tasting the intense explosive combinations even more rewarding. I would like to extend this pleasure to others. |
