Map and Directions By car: 1. Via I-95------ Take I-95 (the Connecticut Turnpike) to exit 18 (Sherwood Island Connector) in Westport. Make a left onto the Sherwood Island Connector, and proceed past two lights. At the third light, make a right onto the Post Road (Rte. 1) going north. (You should see a Walgreens on the corner.) Pass the cross street of Turkey Hill Rd. Enter driveway of 1300 Post Rd. East on the right. (look for a blue and white sign for FAST fitness center.) 2. Via I-15-----Take I-15 (the Merritt Parkway) towards New Haven. Take exit 39A in Norwalk, Ct. and merge onto I-95 North via exit on left toward Bridgeport. Continue on I-95 to exit 18 and follow the directions above. By train: Take the Metro North (New Haven line) from Grand Central terminal, to either the Westport or Greens Farms stations. Greens Farms is closer to the office, but more trains make the stop at the Westport station. The Westport Taxi Service will have cabs available at the stations. Tell the driver your destination, which is just a few minutes from either station.
