Some might consider being a free radical,
But, as for me... I'm skeptical.
How, can a radical be free,
When unpaired?
With whom will things be shared?
Is to be alone free...
Or, only lonely?
Why choose a short life of reaction,
Instead of a long life of dedication?
Why choose to split the bond,
With someone considered fond?
When you're the radical,
People are skeptical,
How can one invoke change,
If they're perceived as too strange?
How can one ever hope to be free,
If all they are is "me"?
