Wear comfortable clothing, bring any crystals and pendulums you may already have, and plenty of enthusiastic curiosity! We will be working as a large group, and in smaller groups to explore our own and others’ energy fields. A simple but tasteful, organic, vegetarian lunch will be provided. Maximum enrollment: 12

Nature has always provided us with abundant food and medicinal resources in the form of plants, without which we would not be alive. Come spend a day with these amazing botanicals, many of which grow abundantly just past your doorstep. In these times of instability, what a better way to save money and help the Earth, than to use wild plants to feed and heal ourselves?

Wear comfortable clothing and footwear, appropriate for walking in the woods – rubber clogs or boots could be useful. Bring: a notebook, invisible tape, a pen or pencil, one or two bags (plastic or canvas) for gathering herbs, a water bottle if desired, weather protection and a bagged lunch. We will make a salad from the wild edibles that we find to complement our lunch. Maximum enrollment: 12

All classes are taught by Sarah Dickinson Murray, Natural Health Consultant, and are held at a private property near Centreville, Delaware, the exact location of which will be provided upon registration. The place where the classes are being taught was chosen because of its location in the midst of a natural and beautiful environment, where the grounds and buildings have been nurtured for the past 12 years to create harmony, peace and well-being for its guests and inhabitants.
