NADRA's annual meeting takes place during DeckExpo 2011, Thursday, Oct 13th at 6 P.M.

Dear Member:

NADRA National Elections to be held at the 2011 NADRA Annual Meeting during DeckExpo in Chicago on Thursday, October 13th, 2011. The meeting will take place at Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry! Registration details will be available shortly. (Excerpt taken from NADRA Board Agreement) “Earning a seat on the NADRA Board is not a right to be earned, but a privilege bestowed upon a NADRA member by their colleagues to allow you to serve them and the mission of NADRA.” This is a position held by an individual, not a company. This position is not to be taken lightly. Please consider this before nominating a fellow member or yourself.

If you stay in touch with NADRA Headquarters, then you are familiar with a little saying we have around here: “NADRA, doing things for the right reason… and having fun doing them!” We can’t do this without you! So, jump on board and start making a difference! Please fill out the above Nominations form and submit to NADRA HQ no later than Saturday, September 3rd. NADRA will follow up with all nominees to confirm acceptance of nomination and to submit a bio for placement in NADRA news and the NADRA website. Mission Statement
The mission of the North American Deck and Railing Association (NADRA) is to provide a unified source for the professional development, promotion, growth, and sustenance of the Deck and Railing building industry in North America so that members can exceed the expectations of their customers.

Important Note: All Board Members are expected to devote significant time, and work diligently toward the improvement of the deck and railing industry, to attend all board meetings, and to chair at least one NADRA committee. Each must possess knowledge of, and have a concern for public interest in matters of deck and railing construction and materials.
